A. True
B. False
That's Correct!
It's Wrong!

Precipitation is rain, snow, sleet, or hail that falls to the ground.

Precipitation occurs during the water cycle when the air can no longer hold water that has evaporated. The clouds get heavy and the evaporated water falls back to the Earth as precipitation.

Too much precipitation may cause runoff when the ground becomes saturated and can no longer hold any more water. Runoff is what occurs when rain or melting snow is not absorbed by the ground on which it falls, and then flows downhill.
